Shipping

- Cold Front Kitchen is not responsible for delays, damage, theft, temperature exposure, or carrier-related issues once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider.

Local Pickup
- Local pickup may be offered at predefined locations and/or by appointment.
- Pickup instructions will be provided via email after purchase.
- Orders not picked up within the communicated timeframe may be forfeited at our discretion.
6. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of food products and food safety regulations:
- All sales are final
- No returns or refunds are accepted on food items
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly. Any resolution is handled at our sole discretion.
